This is what Tentsmuir looks like today but what do you think it will look like in 100 or even 1000 years time?!
Thanks for visiting......but before you go Susie has something to say!
Thanks for coming to Tentsmiur today – I hope you’ve enjoyed your walk around the forest as much as I enjoy living here. Its such great fun being here with so many different plants and animals – before you leave you should have a look for all my friends – Sally the Seal, Harry the Heron, Dolly the Deer and Elspeth the Eida duck, with her beautiful soft black and white feathers. We are all able to live here together because the humans here do such a great job of managing Tentsmiur – they make sure the forest doesn’t get too big and the dunes don’t get too small. Aaannnddd they’ve made the area a Site of Special Scientific Interest, which means there are lots of interesting and rare things here – like meee hehe! Don’t forget when you’re walking around what a special place this is – please look after it, and please come and visit me again soon! Bye bye!
