load oar <OAR path>
Where region is the name of the region that it is intended that the OAR be loaded into and OAR path is the path to the OAR file.
Islands can be saved to an OAR file using the region service console. The region that the OAR is to be saved from needs to be selected and then the OAR save. The commands that need to be run are:

Islands can be created be using the region console and by editing region file. The command to create an island is:
create region <region name> <region_file.ini>
Where region name is the name of the region and region_file.ini is the name of the file to store the settings for this island, this should usually be Regions.ini. This will ask the user for information about the island that is to created. It will ask for the location and port number for the island, these should be different from those of other islands.
The UUID provided by OpenSim should be unique, if the Region.ini file is edited by hand it should also use a unique UUID value.
It is possible to shows the slide of a PowerPoint presentation in OpenSim by first saving the presentation as JPGs and then upload them using the Second Life client. The textures should then be put into a prim allowing with this script.
